The download includes your profile, course progress, activity totals, purchase summary and privacy choices. It excludes passwords, login links and card data.

Update profile details in your profile. For other corrections, grievances or nomination requests, submit a request below, then contact [email protected] with its reference. Never send passwords, card numbers or identity documents by email.

Optional product emails

Adults can choose product updates separately from essential account emails. Turning marketing off does not change purchases or login emails. We show the provider status so a pending request is not mistaken for a completed unsubscribe.

Erase learning data

This removes your profile, progress and activity after you confirm and an operator reviews the request. Purchase, transaction and entitlement records, a minimal account identity and privacy-request evidence are retained. Purchases remain accessible. Processor copies and backups require separate verified handling before a request is completed.

Start fresh

After erasure is fully completed, you can choose to create new learning data. Your old profile and progress will stay erased. Sign out and sign in again before continuing.
